Zip tie bleeder line to the newly installed TPR valve cover bolt. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e(Passenger side of engine) From the thermostat housing, you will need to measure 4 1\/2\" down the black radiator return hose and then cut it there. This where your billet aluminum hose insert will go. PVC pipe cutters are a good alternative if you don't have good cutters.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e\u003cspan\u003eRecommended Bleeding Steps - \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe bleeder can be opened with the supplied key or a flat head screw driver. After installing you simply fill coolant bottle, then open bleeder till coolant streams out. Top coolant off again, start engine and re-open bleeder. Rev engine up to around 2500 rpm and wait till you a have solid stream of coolant coming out then close bleeder.
